• Mesh $7.98 from eBay, plenty here to do 2 crank case's & pullstarts.
• Blue Araldite you can use the red but it goes off quicker so the blue is easier to work with but may take 24hrs till it goes off.
• Scissor for cutting mesh, it's aluminum so very soft to cut.
This is a very simple mod to do, the crank case can take around half hour and so does the pullstart.
Crank Case Mesh Mod:

Cut mesh to desired size, you will need to cut 3 pieces for the crank case,
lay them on dry first molding the mesh to the shape of the casing.

Once your happy with the shape and size,
apply your glue onto the crankcase,
then lay your mesh on top of the glue.
Something i did to help adhere the mesh better was to apply more glue over the top of the mesh once it was in place.
Pullstart Mesh Mod:
Bit more fiddly this one and more involved,
You'll need to cut and place mesh on the inside of the pullstart.
As you can see in the pics, this was originally done so that the 4 bolts that hold the pullstart on also hold the mesh in.
I found it a lot easier to remove the mesh from around the holes and just glue the mesh straight to the pullstart.

Good luck applying it
